The young volunteers of Parvaah  participated in the “Ankur Rakhee Bazaar” held at Hotel Ashok,  Chanakyapuri, New Delhi. A range of products designed by our women workers such as Exquisite Gota Jewellery, Trendy Sling Bags, Designer Cotton Dupattas, Waist Pouches, Money Envelopes and School Notebooks made out of handmade paper were displayed for sale at the Parvaah stall set up at the “Ankur Mela”. All our products were sold and the money obtained from the sale was used in purchasing new raw materials and increasing the number of products. Our participation at the Ankur exhibition was aimed at the economic empowerment of our women workers.
